Turn Around Time (TAT): Current TAT is 2 to 3 weeks. All RTS (ready to ship) items will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Return Policy: I do my best to ensure that all knots are strong and ready for the wear and tear that your babes will put our products through. However, if a knot should come undone within the first 30 days, due to NORMAL wear and tear, we will accept the product as a return for repair or for shop credit. The buyer must pay for return shipping to the shop, and the shop will cover shipping back to the buyer. Anything past the 30 days is not covered for return. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
